Nichola Bruce Archive

Nichola Bruce has been filming elements of her life for the past 30 years.

Many of the events and experiences are now being unearthed and preserved in collaboration with Jack Pyke Bruce. From Super 8, 16mm, Hi8 to DV. Some of these are being made into new works –  of momentary experiences and  more fully documented events. Throughout 2016 the intention is to release an element from the archive every month.

The archive also contains a large body of work that has been filmed around and with the community of Hastings. We hope to restore the Hastings Archive and make it publicly accessible in 2017/2018.
